D2NA have launched an ambitious programme to achieve ISO9001 certification by the end of 2010. Having launched the programme in June 2010, we are already nearly half way through and expect to achieve certification before the end of the year.
Says Managing Director Graham Doyle “This is not just a box-ticking exercise. It’s already having a positive impact on our business and the quality of the services we are able to provide.
As an IT service provider, ISO9001 is an essential step in systemising our business and building the foundations from which we can sustain continued growth without taking our eye of the ball in terms of existing customers and projects.
Anyone can produce exceptional customer service once.
ISO9001 is about pinning down the formula of how we deliver exceptional service, documenting it and bottling it so we can guarantee exactly the same service levels across the board, every single time.
It’s also about systematically measuring what we do and ensuring that we have processes in place to identify areas for improvement and how we go about implementing those improvements.
In order to do that it’s essential that we keep getting feedback from all customers on a regular basis. To those customers who have already responded, I would like to extend my personal thanks, as this will be a big help in our quest for perfection. To those who have not responded yet, here is your chance to influence how we deliver your services in future.”
