Are you based within 1 hours drive of North Staffordshire?

Do you have at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a busy IT Support Desk and are looking to progress to your 2nd IT role?

Can you demonstrate mastery over Small Business Server and all aspects of Windows Server, as well as excellent Desktop Support and TCP/IP troubleshooting skills?

Do you have exceptional customer service skills, especially on the telephone?

Are you all fired up about the Cloud and Virtualisation technologies?
