D2NA is looking for talended Support Engineers to join our growing Service Desk Team.

• Are you based within 1 hours drive of North Staffordshire?

• Do you have at least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a busy IT Support Desk and are looking to progress to your 2nd IT role?

• Can you demonstrate mastery over Small Business Server and all aspects of Windows Server, as well as excellent Desktop Support and TCP/IP troubleshooting skills?

• Do you have exceptional customer service skills, especially on the telephone?

• Are you all fired up about the Cloud and Virtualisation technologies?

And most importantly:

• Do you feel that you have synergy with our Mission and Values?
