Outsourcing the last line of defence

Our experience of working with organisations of this size shows that in most cases (but not all) you want to handle 1st line support in-house, and use us for advanced technical troubleshooting (3rd line infrastructure support), cover for internal staff holidays & absences, delivery of key infrastructure projects, and outsourcing of specified services (e.g. branch office server management or firewall management).
