Continuity & Responsibility

Wherever possible the lead technical consultant will be the same person who is either responsible for managing the project, or will work very closely with the project manager. Our refusal to split these two areas of responsibility means our customers get better continuity and unambiguous channels of communication and responsibility, which ultimately delivers a better project.
