And we do all this from our own offices without disturbing you.
The minute a potential problem is detected we log it in our helpdesk, and take preventative action as required. In most cases you wont event know we’ve done anything, but you get full visibility on work completed in our monthly service reports.
We will also perform regular routine maintenance on your systems, both remote and on-site, to keep your systems in peak condition. We believe in a pro-active approach to network support. A little effort in the first places saves a lot of hassle in the long run.
