How does On Demand Support work?
Use what you want when you want. On Demand Support is simply charged on a time basis, per hour or per day and there are no commitments, financially or operationally.
Is On Demand Support Pro-Active?
It can be, yes. You can ‘bank’ some pre-paid support hours and use a pre-set amount on a daily weekly or monthly basis for preventative maintenance and pro-active monitoring. And with On Demand Support Plus you can even have guaranteed response times.
On Demand Support is a great way of using some of our support services some of the time, without making financial or operational commitments. However if you need a lot of pro-active support it may prove more cost effective to consider Total Network Support or Expert Network Support.
