For our latest quarterly team get-together, we took to the water at Alderford Lake!
Taking advantage of the lovely July weather, the team took part in numerous activities, such as canoeing, paddleboarding, falling off the aqua park and trying an escape island!
Having a remote-first approach means that creating opportunities for the team to get together is crucial for us to be successful.Â
